Service availability and pricing are subject to vehicle condition, size, parts availability, and the level of work required.
Quotes provided via phone, text, or online form are estimates only. Final pricing may be adjusted following an in-person inspection. We reserve the right to modify pricing and service offerings at any time to reflect product costs, labor rates, or additional service requests.
Booking Fees And Deposits
For services spanning longer than one day or totaling over $500, a booking fee or deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
- This booking fee may be refunded if you cancel your appointment at least 72 hours in advance and reschedule.
- If you cancel without rescheduling or fail to provide sufficient notice, the booking fee will not be refunded.
- No-call, no-show appointments will result in full forfeiture of the booking fee.
Deposits for high-value or specialized services (e.g., ceramic coatings, large vehicles, or performance installations) are non-refundable and applied toward your final bill.
Special Orders And Parts Policy
All special-order items are non-refundable upon cancellation.
Special orders will be held for 45 days after purchase. After this period, unclaimed or unpaid items will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or resold without refund.
Payment Terms And Conditions
By approving a proposal or service appointment, you agree to pay for all outlined items and services in full.
We reserve the right to withhold the release of your vehicle or equipment until payment is made in full.
Failure to pay may result in legal action or a mechanic’s lien being placed on the vehicle/equipment. You will be responsible for any additional fees, surcharges, or labor costs (billed at our standard hourly rate) incurred in the process of recovering payment, including:
- Collection efforts
- Chargeback disputes
- Returned check fees
- Attorney or court costs
Personal checks will only be accepted with a valid state ID and phone number. All fees associated with failed checks will be added to your balance.
Cancellation Policy
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for standard cancellations or reschedules.
Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or repeated scheduling changes may result in fees or deposit forfeiture.
In the event of weather delays, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule your service and will notify you promptly.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not typically offered once a service has been completed.

Remedies
If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, notify us within 24 hours. We may offer a correction, partial credit, or, in rare cases, a partial refund.
Remedies are limited to the original service scope and are issued solely at our discretion.
